How to use VPU decode JPEG. Example?

I'm so sorry to ask this simple problem.

But I could't fund any simple code to explain the vpu which be used to decode jpeg .

I want to use vpu library combine Qt4 to show my streaming.

I know VPU Decode Flow from "Video_Image Codec and Data" this document.

But my streaming is bitstreaming.

My streaming is included in the 1722 payload. And I decode it finish.

Please teach me which vpu api function can put this bitstreaming and decode it.
