How to set RSA key into SE050 using seTool

Hi everyone, now I want to run seTool example to set RSA key into SE050 but it return fail. Is there any problem in the way I am passing the input parameter, where the private.pem file is generated by openssl (openssl genrsa -out private.pem 2048). The error details are shown below in the attached image. Plz help me.

The function sss_key_store_set_key() returns the error code SM_ERR_CONDITIONS_OF_USE_NOT_SATISFIED = 0x6985

Can you please have a log showing the commands exchanges with the SE?

That would show the 6985. PTMW.log. Also recompile the MW with verbosity.
