How to read UUID

Hi  any idea to read uuid of iMX processor? Using iMX53 QSB. Need to read that for verification purpose. If there is any sample script kindly share some lights! Thanks!

Dear Daiane Thanks. However it is not reading from the Imx processor and rather from mounted disks. Any help to get the very unique id of a Imx processor??
