How to increase system.img larger than 512MB ?

I had refer Fastboot to flash file size bigger than 512MB  to modify "SYSTEM_ROM_SIZE" large than 512MB, after that I can download system.img via MFG tool. But I can't boot normally. The logs as attached file. It seems  can't access /system partition. How to change system.img larger than 512MB correctly ?
