How to find MSCM Peripheral Register for imx8M Mini

Hi, 

I want to porting a IPCF feature for IMX8M Mini.
I understand that a ipc-hw need MSCM address:

And definition the MSCM address in device tree:

But I can't find any document which mention MSCM for imx8M Mini.
Please help me.
