How to enbale mobile data option in Android Automotive OS

Hi,

I am trying to enable the mobile Data option in android automotive build  for our custom imx8 board with integration of quectel ec20 modem i added the networkattributes inside the overlay_car in an config.xml file but i can't able to see the mobile network option in my settings
