How to debug deadlock on IMX6Q?

I am porting Android Lollipop 5.1,  it stuck at bootanimation, and reset after a while whose reboot reason is watchdog.

It seems there's a deadlock, how do i debug?

First please make sure that you set right options in u-boot configuration.

You can refer "Boot-up configurations" chapter of Android User's Guide.

Sorry, maybe i didn't describe clearly. I mean the system boots up to android bootanimation, which just displays "ANDROID" fonts,

then it hang up and reboot.
