How to confirm whether i.MX6SDL ERR007110 or ERR007220 occur.

Hi community,

Our partner have a question about i.MX6SDL.

Actually, their custom board does not boot from NAND only occasionally, and we doubt ERR007117 and ERR007220.

So we want to confirm whether this boot issue is cause by ERR007117 or ERR007220

Could you let me know how to confirm it?

Hi Satoshi

for ERR007117 one can attach jtag and output ENFC_CLK_ROOT

on CLKO pad using register CCM_CCOSR and check signal by oscilloscope.

For ERR007220 oen can add additional FCB records using

sect.8.5.2.2 "NAND Flash Boot Flow and Boot Control Blocks (BCB)"  IMX6SDLRM
