How to access the Chip Identification Code (IDCODE) from i.MX6Solo/6DualLite processor ?

Please let me know how to access chip identification code(IDCODE) ?

Using JTAG is the only way i can access ?

Hello Praneeth,

Yes the only way to access the register of IDCODE it is through JTAG.  This is for security reasons.
