How long interval is exist to de-assert i.MX6DQ PMIC_ON_REQ by SNVS register.

Hi community,

Our customer have a question about i.MX6DQ PMIC_ON_REQ.
I confirmed how to de-assert PMIC_ON_REQ signal by software in https://community.nxp.com/thread/385042.
Then, our customer want to know how long time is needed from set TOP and DP_EN bits to output PMIC_ON_REQ=low.
In other words, how long interval is exist between "set TOP and DP_EN bits" and "de-assert PMIC_ON_REQ"?
