I want to cross compile python for imx280 and install to it, my board has 128MB Nand Flash and i can not install any gcc to it.

I guess Latest yocto community BSP support MX28 and python scripts, also you migth try the following link, For latest kernel support.:

The MX28 bsp include gcc support please check the release notes document.
