How To Modify Ethernet RGMII in Cortex-M4

I found the Ethernet driver example in mcuxpresso_sdk_2.9.

Dose the RGMII controller write in "fsl_enet.c" ?

If we change other Ethernet transceiver, how could we modify it ?
