I am newbie to imx6 and to processor, i want to use this one for an application of UAV, for this i need a stereo vision camera, please suggest some good camera that should support stereo vision, also if am going with a single camera how to do the stereo vision logic in that.. which one is preferable ? single cam or stereo vision itself. because weight is also a concern for me.

We do not have an example for a single camera to do stereo vision. I would recommend you to go with an already made stereo vision camera, unfortunately I cannot recommend a specific one. I did a google search and found a lot of recommended cameras
