Are you interested in a specific BSP Release? If the Regal/Regal-D algorithms are needed, the Regal/Regal-D algorithm patches must be applied to the basic BSP. The last BSP I checked that had these as controlled access packages on the Release Notes is L4.9.88_2.0.0, these controlled packages are available through a marketing representative or Distributor.
Beside these patches the waveform would also change for the Regal/Regal-D algorithms from the usual 4-bit to a 5-bit pixel waveform. This should be provided by EInk as part of the support to their panels. Once you have this waveform you may open a Case asking for it to be parsed for the i.MX6SLL, but you would still need the patched BSP so that the driver can understand this waveform.
