GPU hang

Hello,

I'm running Kernel 3.14.28 on a custom imx6q-based board and I'm having the following problem with the GPU:

[galcore]: GPU[0] hang, automatic recovery.

Once recovery is complete things work. Anyway, recovery causes HMI unavailability...

I have two questions:

1. What is going on with the GPU to have a GPU hang?

2. Is there some recent change/patch which addresses this problem?

Hello,

You may try the recent BSP L3.14.52, where GPU driver is  upgraded to Vivante v5.0.11p7.4.
