Freescale processor with safety standards

Hi all,

I wanted to know if any Freescale processor supports following safety and industrial standards

1. Safety level sil4

2. Industry standard IEC61508

3. Automotive standard ISO26262

We would like to use IMX . Does iMX6q support above standards or could it be certified?
