I am using imx6ull processor, it is taking 2 and half seconds to transfer 384 frames at a bitrate of 500kbps. Is there any way to transfer 384 data frames within a second?

in general, one can try to increase bitrate x2 or decrease frame size 1/2.

I want to increase the speed for same bitrate and frame size. Is there any option other than increasing the bitrate and decreasing frame size.

in such case you should analyze where delays (if any) between frames happen,

For example remove other running applications, use  MMDC Profiling Tool
