Facing issue while loading prebuilt image to MiMX8QX6AVLFZAC via Serial tool

Hi,

We are facing issue while loading prebuilt image (LF_v5.10_2.0.0_images_IMX8QXPC0MEK or latest image ) to MiMX8QX6AVLFZAC  of custom board via Serial tool (UUU tool version 1.5.21). Below is the error while running UUU tool . 

HID(W):LIBUSB_ERROR _IO

Details.

1. USB OTG is connected and detected successfully 

2. Debug UART is connected and set to baud rate 115200

3. We tried loading windows and linux machine.

Kindly guide us to move forward.

Hi @Yatish,

I hope you are doing well.

Please make sure that you are using a correct pre-built image for SOC revision of i.MX8QXP.

Please follow the commands mentioned in 2.1.2.1.1. Burn the NXP Linux BSP image to the board at Get Started with the MCIMX8QXP-CPU

Please refer to the below forum for issues related to mfgtools.

Please make sure DIP switches are configured to Serial Download mode as shown in DIP SWITCH CONFIGURATION in i.MX 8QuadXPlus MEK Quick Start Guide.
