Error in i.MX8M Mini pintool/checklist

Hi,

i'm making a review of a i.MX8M Mini (MIMX8MM6CVTKZ) but there is a error in the pintool.

P1 is DRAM_ZN, P2 is DRAM_ZN_SENSE, P5 is DRAM_VREF in the tool but in the datasheet of the device P1 is  DRAM_VREF and P2 is DRAM_ZN

In the design checklist there is also a problem with DDR4, in IMX8MMHDG.pdf REV. 0 02/2019 table 4 the first point it is said that ZQ should be connected to AA13 while AA13 is a VSS pin in the datasheet.

Thank you very much for pointing out these errors. The Pintool has been fixed and the hardware design guide should be also fixed on the next release of the documentation.
