Enabling Multi-User Functionality in AAOS 15 on i.MX8 QuadMax with Multi-Display Setup

Hello Team,

We are using Android Automotive OS (AAOS) 15 on the i.MX8 QuadMax platform.

Our current hardware setup includes three displays:

1. Main Central Display (Driver/Center Display)
2. Passenger Display
3. Instrument Cluster Display

We would like to enable and validate Android multi-user functionality on this platform, including support for user switching, guest users, and user-specific applications/settings.

Could you please provide guidance on the following:

• What configurations are required to enable multi-user support in AAOS 15 on i.MX8QM?
• Are there any BSP-specific changes needed from the NXP side?
• Which framework overlays, feature flags, or system properties must be enabled?

Any guidance or recommended steps would be greatly appreciated.
