Hi,
I would like to know how disabling the cache (SCB_DisableDCache()) will affect the performance of the LCD display. If I disable the cache the update gets slower. On enabling cache the display update is faster but the pixels are not updated properly on the first refresh when a screen is changed. Also the USB host functionality does not enumerate the mouse if cache is enabled. How to solve this issue?
Thanks.
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
To provide the fastest possible support, I'd highly recommend you to refer to the application note to learn the cache feature, further, the application note also guides users on how to use cache to develop applications running in a correct and high-performance way.
Have a great day,
TIC
