Hi,

I am working on Yocto Rocko 2.4.3 based on FSL community BSP 2.4 with 4.9.11_1.0.0 ga linux release

and am following this reference mannul Yocto Build Release - Variscite Wiki

I followed every step in this document.

while building yocto project build console image with qt5 package getting the error

In NXP Dart mx6 board we are using 4.9.11 kernel version,In that SPI slave driver is missing,so how do i integrate the SPI slave driver into the yocto project. please send any documentation you found.

Hello Srinivas Reddy,

It would depend on whether there are SPI drivers available as part of the Yocto BSP packages. You can see which packages are available with the command:

$ bitbake -s

If there is one package available, you can install it by adding it on the conf/local.conf or on the image recipe.

Another alternative would be adding an existing Yocto layer that contains the desired driver or writing a new recipe that adds it. You can see a bit more on how to do this on the Yocto BSP Guide
