Does iMX8M Plus EVK support of 8MIC-RPI-MX8 (8-microphone array kit)

Hello Team,

My customer needs for his next project IMX8MPLUS but he also needs to use #8MIC-RPI-MX8 (an 8-microphone array add-on kit) for the same project.

Could you please advise if the #8MIC-RPI-MX8 could support IMX8MPLUS out of the box?

if not, please advise on how to do some workaround to manage to run #8MIC-RPI-MX8 on #8MPLUSLPD4-EVK?

Sorry for late reply,The 8MIC-RPI-MX8 accessory board is designed for voice enabled application prototyping and development on the i.MX 8M family. The board plugs directly into the 40-pin expansion connector on the i.MX 8M Mini and Nano EVK’s.
For the i.MX8MP you can see the board expansion connector for audio interfaces.

Thanks for your feedback, but I did not fully understand if could plug into the i.MX8MP and how, please elaborate more?

Also, What about voice processing, I did not see any example application for using the 8MIC array to active noise cancellation/reduction with this kit.. can you please share more technical details about this application?

For this board it is for the special customer, and the materials about is not public.
