I've been developing on the MX6UL EVK with the PCIMX6G2CVM05AA, but am now looking to port to a custom PCB with the MCIMX6G2AVM07AA part on it. Where can I find information on the differences between these parts that I need to be aware of for the port?

Hello Danielbujak,

The PC in front of the par number refers to the part being a prototype sample. You can see more details on what the part number nomenclature means in figure 1 of the i.MX6UL Datahseet (link below):

http://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/IMX6ULCEC.pdf

I hope this helps!

For Special Qualification level, is the SC marked at the package body for this type of device?
