Data is fluctuating on Imx7D

I am using Android Things on Imx7D and when I try to receive data through UART at high speed I see the data is fluctuating for the first few seconds and then it was becoming normal.

I am receiving data 4 times for each second at 115200 baud rate and I only see the data fluctuating for only a few seconds whenever I turn on the Imx7d board.

Is there any way I can solve this?

Unfortunately the BSP for Android Things it is directly supported by Google,  NXP does not have access to the code, so we are not able to help, please enter your question in the Android Things Forum, they would help.
