DRAM Training Failed on custom board

Hello. I rebased just to Compulab board:
https://www.compulab.com/products/carrier-boards/sb-ucmimx8plus-carrier-board/#specs
based on iMX8 Plus CPU.
I built lunch "evk_8mp-trunk_staging-userdebug" image.
And I have:

U-Boot SPL 2024.04 (Jun 13 2025 - 11:07:03 +0300)
DDRINFO: start DRAM init
DDRINFO: DRAM rate 4000MTS
Training FAILED

What is the next step? I read a lot about this problem. But still I am misunderstanding how to fix it using DDR Tool or something.
