DDR4 tool in imx8mmini

SOC: imx8mini

SDK:  kernel - 4.14.98

I try use RPAv7, RPAv11 , RPAv17 and mscale_ddr_tool _v3.20 to Calibration DDR4.  It's sucessfully. But I copy ddr4_timing.c  to uboot. it's not  normal.

We  should consider using RPAv5 to Calibration DDR4.
