DDR Stress Test Tool--2.80 version

Hi,

      I use NXP DDR Test Tool to test MX7D.The TARGET has been choosed MX7D,and the usb has been conneted to the computer .But when I clicked Download,the result ERROR: Can't open USB device!!!

The issue may occur if the DDR Stress Test software runs with no Administrator rights. So, please try to explicitly start the software with the Administrator rights.
