Thank you for your support.

It seems that the DDR CLK will be 528MHz, 24MHz or 10MHz when using NXP Linux BSP.

The range of DDR Stress TEST is from 135MHz to 672MHz.

Customer uses the DDR3-1066 (528MHz).

 

Q1.

Which range of DDR CLK should we evaluate by DDR Stress TEST Tool when using NXP Linux BSP.

   what BSP release is used ?

Regarding the recent one (L4.1.1.15.2.1.0) - Dynamic Bus Frequency :

The following setpoints are defined for all i.MX 6 and i.MX 7Dual platforms:

1. High Frequency Setpoint: On i.MX 6, AHB is at 132 MHz, AXI is at 264 MHz. On
i.MX 7Dual, AHB is at 135 MHz, AXI is at 332 MHz, and DDR is at the maximum
frequency. This mode is used when most peripehrals that need higher frequency for
good performance are active. For example, video playback and graphics processing.

2. Audio Playback setpoints: On i.MX 6, AHB is at 25 MHz, AXI is at 50 MHz, and
DDR is at 50 MHz for DDR3 and 100 MHz for LPDDR2. On i.MX 7Dual, AHB is
at 24 MHz, AXI is at 24 MHz, and DDR is at 100 MHz. This mode is used in audio
playback mode.

3. Low Frequency setpoint: AHB is at 24 MHz, AXI is at 24 MHz, and DDR is at 24
MHz. This mode is used when the system is idle waiting for user input (display is off).

  Generally, in practice, it is enough to test memory for the highest operating frequency.

Note,  Bus Freq driver can be disabled using procedure, described in Linux Manual, section

2.3.4 (Dynamic Bus Frequency).
