Customer develop the product by using MCIMX6U5EVM10AD.
Customer refer to the schematics of MCIMX6DL-SDP (SPF-27417_C5.pdf).
There is a diode(D10) between VDD_SNVS_IN and VDDHIGH_IN, VGEN5_2V8.
There is description of NOTE below.
"NOTE : Diode D10 is required to correct a problem on a small number of i.MX6 DualLite parts in which VDDSNVS does not come up when VDDHIGH_IN is applied. A similar problem was corrected on i.MX6Q TO1.2 processors."

Has the problem been fixed with MCIMX6U5EVM10AD?

Is it need the D10 diode When developing with MCIMX6U5EVM10AD?

I have confirmed it for you that the D10 is used for the VGEN5_2V8, it can avoid the VSNVS_3V0 opposite direction affect the VGEN5_2V8. The D10 diode is need in the design of MCIMX6U5EVM10AD. And customer can refer to our reference design.
