Converter SMPTE 274 interface to MIPI CSI

We have a custom whose camera is not MIPI CSI interface but SMPTE 274. Is there any IC chip or design scheme which can converter SMPTE 274 to MIPI CSI? Attachment is camera's brief introduction.

according to document sensors have video digital output: Y/Cb/Cr 4:2:2 via LVDS

so it is necessary to use LVDS to MIPI CSI-2 converter like adv7782 or other.

SMPTE 274 describes used data format.
