Hi NXP Team, @igorpadykov
I am an electronics major graduate and would like to explore the linux world by contributing to linux kernel development. Since I don't have much guidance on how to get started, I would like to seek your support that could help me.
1. Can I know how do I become a member of the NXP's or the community's linux kernel developers?
2. If I could become one, what kind of HW and SW would I need to setup to make contribution?
3. Where do I find the list of issues for the HW/SW I am working on?
I would really appreciate any support you could provide.
Thank you.
Hi
Please let me know if anyone can tell me the details. I would greatly appreciate any support from you.
Thanks.
Hi @manishyadav!
Thank you for contacting NXP Support!
The known issues are described in our IMX LINUX RELEASE NOTES.
Unfortunately you can't help to NXP to solve issues because some of our chips are used in Automotive Industry or Health Industry and we have to ensure the safety in our BSP.
You can participate in the FSL Community instead.
Best Regards!
