That pins corresponds to PWM_X signals, which can output a third PWM signal from each submodule. However, the SDK does not include support for PWM_X functionality other than input capture.
If you refer to the 50.3.2.4 PWM Generation section of reference manual, the VAL0 and VAL1 comparators can be used to set frequency and duty cycle, based on the incoming clock to the counter.
