Does anybody know how we can combine linux image running on ARM Cortex A53 and a tiny OS image on Cortex Mx? We tried to combine the two images together for NXP's S32G products.

You can use a hypervisor, with one OS for the cortex A53 and one for the Mx, For more information please check the documentation of your BSP.
