Can imx6dual encode continuous RGB bitmaps to H264 video stream?

Can imx6dual encode continuous RGB bitmaps to H264 video stream? The RGB bitmaps is received from eithernet ,15 frames per second,320*256 pixels,and the H264 video stream is send out through wifi.This is to say,the imx6dual is used to encode BMPs to H264 video.Can imx6dual do this? If can,how to realize?Please give me some adivce.
