i am try to implement DDR Tools with my software.
Did any have a imx8mq 'mscale DDR tool' source code ??
if not ,did any body know 'lpddr4_pmu_train_1d_dmem.bin' doing ??
and is it have a source code?

Sorry you can not get the source code of this tool. Here the following .bin files are for lpddr4 firmware images:
lpddr4_pmu_train_1d_dmem.bin lpddr4_pmu_train_1d_imem.bin lpddr4_pmu_train_2d_dmem.bin
