I need to use 2GB (16Gb) of AEC-Q100 LPDDR memory with the I.MX 8M Nano Quad Lite processor. The Kingston part NXP used on the EVK in both not available and not AEC-Q100. Using half of a 4GB part is cost prohibitive at 4x the cost.
Micron has a 1GB x 16 LPDDR4/LPDDR4X part MT53E1G16D1FW-046 AIT that indicates it can be used as LPDDR4 despite also being LPDDR4X capable. Will this part work for a 2GB memory solution with the Nano Quad Lite?

I think you can use it. For the i.MX8MN do not support LPDDR4X mode, but support dual rank, single-channel device with 17-row addresses (R0-R16) LPDDR4, as the MT53E1G16D1FW-046 support LPDDR4 it will be OK.
