Buzzer node creation in imx6ul device tree

Hello

I  am using imx6ul evk nxp board and we customized a board on basis of that board. We connected  buzzer AI-2304-TF-LW120-12V-R via MOSFET 2SK3018 . I want to integrate buzzer in device tree. The intergace of buzzer is GPIO. Can you please tell me how to write device tree node for buzzer. Thanks in advance
