We want to test our board with boundary scan.
Therefore you need the BSDL file for the following processor:
MCIMX7D5EVM10SD (CPU IMx7DUAL BGA541 19x19mm)
Who can deliver them?

Hello Roberto Foelix,

You may download the BSDL file for this processor from the link below (you may need to login to download this file). In the case of the MCIMX7D5EVM10SD you would need to use the BGA19X19 variant.

https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=IMX7D_BSDL

I hope this helps!

Good morning

I need the BSDL file for the MCIMX7D5EVM10SD processor.
With the MX7DS_BGA19X19.bsdl file I get the following error message with the XJTAG-Tool (https://www.xjtag.com/):

Starting Check Chain...

1 devices found

ID codes read:

0x5BA00477

Chain intact but errors found

Device 1 (ID code not matched)
Expected: 00001000100011100000000000011101 (0x088E001D)
Read: 01011011101000000000010001110111 (0x5BA00477)

Incorrect Instruction Register length: Expected 5 bits, found 4

Check Chain failed

I think I need another BSDL file because the ID code and the register length do not match.

Hi Roberto

It seems you have the DAP enabled on the chain. You need to have SJC as the TAP controller. Can you please verify if JTAG_MOD is pulled high on your board.

Hope this helps.

Exactly the JTAG_MOD pin was set incorrectly. Thank you!
