Good morning
I don't know if it is relevant globally, but what I found is that my test
consists of two jtag chains with a device for each chain, each interfaced
with a different tap.
In the automatic configuration generated by the sw, I had tap1 on u11 a pld
altera 5agxma5g4f35c5n, tap 2 on U1 a mcimx6s1avm08ac and the infra test is
performed without fail.
To align the screen printing of the card with the taps, I have inverted the
assignment of the two taps, tap1 on U1 and tap2 on u11 at sw level,
inexplicably the error of re-reading the id code of the mcimx6 returns
persistently. I attach the two screens.
By returning the tap configuration to the original configuration, the error
disappears.
I solved it at the moment and sent a report to the sw manufacturer.
