Android build problem

Hi,

In imx6dl-sabresd platform, sometimes I might run into errors in the build after modifying some files(before file changed, it was a successful build). Then I undo changes and rebuild, it still fails. I have to remove whole "out" folder to regain a successful build. What could cause this and is there any faster way for recovering a successful build? I'll be appreciated for your replies, thank you.

have you try 'make clean'?

Yes, I have tried 'make clean' also. But my problem is, there was a successful build there. Then I modified a file and build again and get an error as a result. Thus I undo that file and built again, it still failed (Isn't it supposed to be built successfully?).
