About splash screen for EPDC

I try to test on i.MX6SLEVK.

BSP version  is fsl-yocto-L4.1.15_1.2.0-ga.

I want to create epdc_E060SCM_splash.bin, but I could not find the ihex2bin.py script.

Please provide it, because i.MX_Linux_Reference_Manual.pdf is indicated the following.

"2. Convert the ihex firmware file to a stripped-down binary using the script ihex2bin.py. Contact Freescale to acquire this script."
