Hello Keita Nagashima,
We're sorry for the delay. We're yet to receive confirmation on the grade AEC-Q100 qualification for the i.MX6SX. However, the i.MX6S/DL/D/Q Automotive parts have a AEC-Q100 Grade 3 qualification so I would expect the same grade for the i.MX6SoloX Auto.
As soon as we have the information double checked we'll let you know.
Dear gusarambula,
Thank you for your reply.
> the i.MX6S/DL/D/Q Automotive parts have a AEC-Q100 Grade 3 qualification
OK. I got it.
> so I would expect the same grade for the i.MX6SoloX Auto.
I think so, too.
OK. I'll wait your answer.
Best Regards,
Keita

Grade 2: -40°C to +105°C ambient operating temperature range
Grade 3: -40°C to +85°C ambient operating temperature range
Grade 4: 0°C to +70°C ambient operating temperature range
Dear gusarambula ,

Hi gusarambula,
> I confirmed and the i.MX6SX Automotive parts can reach -40C to +125C, which is AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
> The same for our i.MX6S/DL/D/Q Automotive parts (I'm sorry for the incorrect information earlier).
Really?
i.MX6SX is defined at the junction temperature (-40C to +125C).
But, AEC-Q100 grade is defined at the ambient temperature!
I think that Junction temperature and Ambient one should have temperature difference.
Please check again.
Best Regards,
Keita
