Do you test the RT1170 SDK code directly for the aws shadow?
\SDK_2_10_1_MIMXRT1170-EVK\boards\evkmimxrt1170\aws_examples\shadow_enet\cm7
You also need to check your network, make sure the connection and network is OK.
If you directly test the SDK code, you can use your own AWS shadow, whether it works, do you also test it with the MQTTfx, whether it can also get the data?
