AR8031 Spice model or S-Parameters

Hai,

We arka-ims are working on Infotainment system using IMX6.

we are using AR8031 in our design for which we require the Spice model/S- Parameters for the analysis.

Can you please provide ?

usually spice models are provided by chip  vendors, so it may be recommended to

apply directly to its tech support Contact Information | Qualcomm
