APS6404L-SQH-ZR PSRAM access issue

Hello,

I came across the AN13028 Application Note, which mentions that the APS6404L-SQH-ZR PSRAM has been tested with the i.MX RT1050. I have attached PDF for your reference.

I’m trying to interface the APS6404L-SQH-ZR PSRAM with the i.MX8ULP, but I haven’t been successful so far. Is there any way to find the APS6404L-SQH-ZR PSRAM code for any i.MX board that I could use as a reference?

I hope you are doing very well.

Unfortunately we have not any example how to perform HyperBus on i.MX8ULP processor, but you can take as reference the AN12239 (How to Enable HyperRAM with i.MX RT) because is a similar FlexSPI module.

Also, you can find examples for cortex M in the i.MXRT1050 SDK, you can take it as reference.
