A problem for Start my board

I usd MCIMX6Q6AVT10AD in my design.

It only have 1GB,DDR,and 8G MMC.

EIM 、SDs、NAND_flash,and so on Port are float

The uboot I used from mx6q_sabresd .

NOW,I change BOOT_MODE pin to Serial download mode. My board can download uboot and kenerl .then I change BOOT_MODE to eFuse It shows Serial download and I can download uboot and kenerl.

But I change BOOT_MODE to in Start internal，open and close the power supply，sometime It can start ,sometime It jump to Serial download ,and I can download uboot and kenerl.

what`s wrong ? what can I do ?

please test memory with ddr test and update image with new calibration settings
