The KW2x family of MCUs would Support Thread implementation. However, Thread Aliance specification is still under development and planned to be released later this year. Consequently, Freescale’s implementation would not be available before such date either. I would recommend you to visit our website for any update sin the next months.
Regarding Alljoyn, you could implement it on top of Thread. Some tests have been performed as proofs of concept, but no software is available at all. This video shows a Thread demo with Alljoyn Application Framework.
