op EraseSector error

I got error message :

EraseSector (0x0, 0x0, 0x1) status 0x40 - driver reports init failure - ONCHIP driver rc 104 (0x68)

complains because another operation was called after Init failed (status 0x40)

Do you know how to fix?

I tried mass-erase on GUI Flash Tool, but it does not fix this issue.

Board : QN9080SIP Development kit

Could you please try programming the device with the ISP pins (JP15) shorted during a reset?

Also, which debug probe are you using?

What firmware did you last program?
