Where I can get JN5148 Application Note JenNet Application Template?

When I use FlashGUI（V1ersion1.89）from JN4007，Everytime I click it， there will appear a note named FlashGUI.exe.log，

with words said

Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "FlashProgrammer.pyw", line 2860, in OnExit

  File "FlashProgrammer.pyw", line 378, in __init__

IndexError: list index out of range.

So I couldn't download my program , the Operation System  is  Windows 10.

Can you help me?
